Thank you for looking at my steam page it may be of interest to model engineers and to folk who might have an interest in minature live steam Locomotive's ,and to people who might be toying with the idea of building a real live steam locomotive. This site is not intended to be a step by step guide to building a steam engine, it is  only to give you an idea of what is envolved.I am at the moment constructing a    7 1/4" Narrow gauge Romulus Type Locomotive and I have given a  brief  description of the method's of my setup and machining of some of the components. I am at the moment at the mainframe erection stage. The wheel's are finished machined to size, cylinder's part finished. There are many finished components and I hope to display more soon.
